Getting started
What happens when I call or email?
At Bump to Baby we go out of our way to make things easy for you.
Here’s an outline of what happens when you call or email us:
Make a call or send an email
Your call will be answered by a member of our professional support team. They will provide you with further information, answer any questions you may have and assist you to select the package the best suits your situation. From there, we will organise for a midwife to call you at your preferred date and time (we can often call on the same day) and provide instructions on returning to the website to complete payment.
If you decide to email us instead of calling, we will get back to you within 1 business day.
Your call from the midwife
Our midwives will contact you at your preferred time. They will be ready to talk to you about any questions or concerns you have. They’ll also talk through what you might expect during your current ante or post natal period
You might wish to discuss any number of issues with your midwife, including:
- Settling and sleeping
- Feeding
- Recognising signs of labour and preparing for birth
- Pelvic floor
- Important stages in pregnancy
- to the change in your family
Your midwife may followed up your phone call with an email to give you extra information if you need it.
Further check-ins
During your first call your midwife will explain when they will next contact you, and how you can get into contact with them if you need them.
