If you have not yet activated your subscription please contact us on 1300 793 893 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend your subscription option to the one your prefer. The subscription fees will be adjusted accordingly. If you have already activated your subscription we can amend it to your preferred option from the next month. Any refund will be promptly paid back to you. Please contact us no later than 5 days before the end of the first subscription month so that we have sufficient time to process your request.
If you have not activated your subscription and wish to change your enrolment period from , say one month to two months, or from three months to one month, please contact us on 1300 793 893 or at email@example.com and we will amend your subscription accordingly and promptly refund you any moneys (if applicable). If you have already activated your subscription we can amend your enrolment period from the next month following. Please contact us no later than 5 days before the end of the first subscription month so that we have sufficient time to process your request.
If for whatever reason you do not wish to activate your subscription please let us know by contacting us on 1300 793 893 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly cancel your subscription and refund your paid subscription fees in full. If you have already activated your subscription by contacting our midwives and wish to now cancel, we will not charge you for any future subscription fees that you may have agreed to. For this purpose, please contact us no later than 5 days before the next subscription fee payment date to ensure your future payments are stopped in time. If you are not able to do this and a subsequent payment is made we will reimburse you the subscription fees paid for that month, provided you have not utilised any services for the month.
Yes. Our subscriptions make a wonderful gift to new parents. They are ideal to give to family members, or office colleagues who are embarking on maternity / paternity leave.
Yes. We support partners too. The great thing about the Bump to Baby maternity support service is that it can be accessed by partners who aren’t sure where to turn for trustworthy medical and practical advice.
Yes. Our midwives can help you connect with a range of local health services. In fact, understanding our client’s needs and connecting them with useful and appropriate services is a big part of what we do.
Bump to Baby is not a 24 hour service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 000 for an ambulance. If your question is urgent but not an emergency, Nurse on Call offers a 24 hour health advisory service.
Payment for Bump to Baby’s maternity support program can be made through PayPal.
Bump to Baby consultants are qualified and experienced midwives who have worked across the full spectrum of Australia’s public and private maternal care services.
Our qualified midwives are on hand to provide regular contact and support for expectant mothers. Some women find that they want to talk to us during pregnancy on topics such as physical discomfort, morning sickness. Others are unsure about what they can expect from their health providers and want to know what questions they can ask their obstetrician.
